Cast iron, campfire smoke, and a whole lot of chili. Jackson Lake State Park hosts its 16th Annual Dutch Oven and Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, September 26, and spectators are welcome. The mission is simple: have fun, enjoy good food, share an enthusiasm for chili and Dutch oven cooking, and make some lasting memories outdoors.
